6. Payment and Fees:

6.1. Payment for dumpster rental services must be made in advance, as outlined in the pricing agreement.

6.2. Additional fees may apply for exceeding weight limits, extending rental periods, or violating prohibited item regulations.

6.3. Any unpaid balances may incur late fees or collection costs.

7. Liability:

7.1. The customer assumes liability for any damage caused to the rented dumpster during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear.

7.2. Wolf Container Services shall not be liable for any damage to property caused during delivery, pickup, or dumpster placement.

7.3. The customer is responsible for any fines or penalties resulting from improper waste disposal or violation of regulations.

8. Cancellation and Refunds:

8.1. Cancellations must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe to be eligible for a refund, if applicable.

8.2. Refunds may be subject to deductions for administrative fees or services rendered.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania.
